What we sell
Static, English-language PDF printables for personal gatherings, supplied in A4 and US Letter sizes with instructions and plain-text companions. The library contains the eight listed packs. Product descriptions give the page count and contents. The leaf template overlaps between the Gathering Kit and Garland Workshop; the workshop adds two motifs and planning pages.
No physical item, printing, craft supplies, food or props are included. You need a PDF reader and may need a ZIP extractor. Files are not digitally editable. Print at 100% on paper supported by your printer; test the free sample. Colours vary by screen and printer. Some activities require writing, cutting or help from another person.
Price and ordering
Prices are in GBP. During preparation they are proposals. Before sales open, displayed prices and the connected Payhip checkout must agree and include applicable taxes for the configured market. There is no shipping fee or subscription. For customers in other tax jurisdictions, the final total must be shown before committing to pay; we must confirm supported territories before sales open.
Add products to your bag, review and remove items as needed, then continue to Payhip to confirm the selected products, total and available payment method. A purchase is completed through the provider checkout; adding an item to this website’s bag is not an order. No card details are collected by this website.
Download delivery and confirmation
Following a successful paid order, Payhip provides file access and an order-confirmation email. Keep the email and a copy of these terms. If payment succeeds but a download is missing, contact support with your order reference. Do not send card details. Internet access and device storage are needed to download the files; once saved, PDFs can be used offline.
Cancellation and immediate digital supply
UK consumers generally have a 14-day cancellation period for a distance digital-content contract. That right can end when supply begins only where you have expressly consented to immediate supply, acknowledged losing the cancellation right and received the required confirmation. It does not disappear merely because the item is digital. If the legal requirements are not met, the relevant cancellation rights remain.
The connected checkout must handle those choices and the durable confirmation before immediate delivery is enabled. We do not use a blanket “no refunds” policy. Where you retain a cancellation right, email support with a clear statement, your name, product, order date and reference. The template below is optional; using it is not a condition of exercising a legal right.
Faulty or misdescribed files
Your statutory rights are preserved. Digital content must meet applicable requirements for satisfactory quality, fitness for a disclosed purpose and description. Contact support if a file is corrupt, missing or does not match its description. Legal remedies may include repair, replacement or an appropriate price reduction or refund. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Personal-use licence
You may print and complete copies for your own private, non-commercial gatherings and keep a backup for that purpose. Do not resell, redistribute, upload, sublicense or share the digital files, or use them for paid events. Purchasing the library does not grant a commercial licence. AI assistance was used in preparing content and layouts; no claim of unique game mechanics, trademark clearance or exclusive ownership of common ideas is made.
Care and access
Use suitable materials, follow your equipment’s instructions and supervise children with scissors and string. Participation is optional. Text companions support reading aloud or using a scribe; PDFs are not certified fully tagged accessible documents. Contact us about a specific need before buying. Dinner-planning pages organise your own arrangements; they are not recipes or allergy-safety instructions.
Complaints and disputes
Contact support first with the order reference and problem. Mandatory consumer protections apply; these terms do not remove a consumer’s applicable legal rights or access to courts. Any additional obligations for the territories where we sell must be configured before launch.
