A LITTLE HELP GETTING STARTED
Your printable, from download to table.
All our products are digital downloads. You receive a ZIP containing PDFs, instructions, a text companion and a personal-use licence. Nothing is posted to you.
On a computer
- After a successful purchase, use Payhip’s download page or the link in your order email.
- Save the ZIP. On Windows, right-click it and choose Extract All. On a Mac, double-click the ZIP.
- Open the folder and choose the PDF labelled A4 or US Letter to match your paper.
On a phone or tablet
- Save the ZIP to your Files or Downloads app.
- On iPhone or iPad, tap the ZIP in Files to extract it. On Android, look for Extract or Unzip in your file manager; wording varies by device.
- Open the matching PDF. Use your device’s Print option with a compatible printer, or transfer the PDF to a computer.
For a good first print
- Match the PDF and printer paper size: A4 or US Letter.
- Choose portrait orientation and Actual Size / 100%. Turn off Fit to Page if it changes the size.
- Print one test page before the whole pack. Check the margins and text.
- Use paper suitable for your printer. Colour and paper affect the final appearance.
- Fill the writing spaces by hand. These files do not include a digital editor.
No printer at home?
A local print service may be able to print the PDFs for you. Check its price and file requirements first. Personal printing is permitted by the licence; printing costs are not included in your purchase.
If something doesn’t look right
I can’t find the download email.
Check spam or junk and search for Payhip. Use the email address entered at checkout. If it is still missing, contact us with your order reference. Never send card details or passwords.
The page is cut off or too small.
Check that both the PDF and printer use the same paper size, then print at 100%. Printer margins vary, so test one page before printing more.
I need larger text or another way to read the pages.
Use the enlarged previews before purchase and the included plain-text companion after purchase. Read aloud or use a scribe where helpful. The PDFs are not certified fully tagged accessible documents. Read our accessibility information.
Can I share the files or use them for paid events?
The licence covers your own private, non-commercial gatherings and personal reprints. File sharing, resale and paid-event use are not included. Read the licence and refund information.
